I believe most of us thinks that our weather is already hot enough, why the heck would I wanna use a tire warmer?! Well, if you want consistent lap times thru out the 5 minutes of sprint racing, then tire warmers is the answer!
If you have a personal lap counter & you don't use tire warmers, you'll most likely notice that your best lap is made somewhere after the 10th lap. Imagine each lap you are 1/4 of a second down & the average lap for the track is 14 sec. So, how much does 10 laps equals to? That would probably put you up in a higher main!
There are many tire warmers that I have used but none impressed me more than the Team Much More's Tire Warmers. I used it together with Team Much More's temperature sensors/gauge which is available separately. The temperature sensor/gauge has a temperature probe which you must insert into the warmer. It must be in contact with the aluminium cup. This sensor/gauge allows you to set the temperature from 30deg to 80 deg celsius. Enough to boil an egg!
Once it has reached the desired temperature, it cuts off. If the temperature drops off, it switches on again to your settings. Very handy. Can go around 'sibuk' without worries.
As for the warmers, it comes with 4 black aluminium cups which  fit on the tires nicely. Black to maintain the temperature. The aluminium cups allows usage of additives without having to wrap the tires with tissues like the fabric warmers. Operating voltage is from 7.2-12V. Used it for the 1st time at the Xenon round3 with success. Its worth the investment. Smiley
