aloo... saya baru beli rc nitro tc3 1/10 second hand, tapi ada masalah setting la. Ada member yang boleh tunjuk ajar kat area p.j, shah alam atau k.l ke? Ada tak club rc kat area lembah klang yang saya boleh join?

T2 and T2R is a different car,T2 cost rm1890,T2R cost rm900.
The one with R are mid range car,The without R is top-end car.
My friend want to sell his T2(The one without R)for rm1000,minimum play.

Tc4 is a shaft drive car,Cyclone is a belt drive car,both got it good side.The Tc4 is new,Cyclone is 2nd hand,it will depend on you.Tc4 spare is easy to get.i can help you set-up the car.
When you ask for pic.look for chassis crack,tweak wear part (Belt,pulley,shock leaking andsuspension parts),but you will not know the bearing condition,ask for any spare part included,it equip with oneway or diff?

i'm thinking of getting the cyclone chassis kit le ... is with carbon chassis wan , with wheel , ko pro servo , no motor , no shell , but the thing is i think he is from terengganu , ....
i'm really keen of getting that but i dunno how to go for it .....

is hot bodies cyclone good compare to tc4

The hotbodies cyclone is current wolrd champion car but spare is a bit dificult to get,only hpc carried them.and they cost around rm1680(kit only)

Seen you got nothing to start with,why don't you get the tc4 rtr kit,it is the best dealmout there,come with rubber shield bearing,tone of spare part!long term save you lot of money

Personally,i don't encourage people buy 2nd hand stuff specially car kit,but sometimes,things can change!The fun for this hobby is built it yourself and race it.if you built it yourself,you will understand more on it.
Fews people buy 2nd car,(we don't know how the owner play them)then when the car poor handling,they don't know what to do,sometimes  they will ask a wrong guy,and received a wrong advice.so,they still not fix-up their car problem,and give-up on that car.and will say that the car is no good.
Some car are designed for racing,some are for fun,and some are for make-up or never ending hop-up.
Ask yourself,what do you want?
Some people pretend to be expert  but they are not,i'm not good in writting,so,if my words offended anyone,sorry.but this is the truth.
I had been around for sometimes,i see,i hear,i kena cucuk,i even been an enemies to someone i used to help him,and lot of bull cirit!!!but i never give-up,due to love of rc,now lots of people know me,Need4speed,Kraisorn is the good friends of mine.

daniel, james is going to KL for the MNC this sunday, tumpang and come see the equipment and how racing is carried out. all the brands you've mentioned will be out in force. see old cars go up against new models. see cars breakup upon impact with immovable objects 

It will be just like F1. Only on a small scale.

Buying a 2nd hand car doesn't necessary depends on how cheap da price is......if possible try to meet him face to face (if ur REALLY keen on dat particular car lar) and check the condition of the car.......check for crack, broken parts, amount of spareparts given and chassis tweak........

Like what Need4speed used to say to me, dont expect 2nd hand cars to be in a perfect condition as a brand new car.....

Aiseh man....wateva car oso can lar.....practice until you have steady hands and you would be fine......while some might think racing an RC car is simple, try it 1st and you'll know how hard it is even with those stock 23t motors.......

As for your 1st car, survey around and see whether there's someone who is selling their cars if you are on a budget.......and please dont judge 2nd hand cars as old or not good.......once in a while you will come across some pro level car selling at rock bottom price....

If you're still keen on getting a brand new car, then get something mid-level straight away and ignore all those lower level cars like TT-01......some might argue that TT-01 is not a bad car(and i'm not saying it is), you would be better off starting with a car with much more potential......like TA05, Ta05R, Xray T2R and so on..........

Like what Need4speed said, arrange a trip with James and go down to the track to look around.....who knows you might be lucky enough to meet someone who is planning to sell their pro car.....
