AUTOSHOW (FEE : RM 50 per car)

Autoshow is an event that will be held at the KAED parking lots. This autofest event involves various car clubs and scooter owners who will showoff their exotic and unique machines. There will be four categories in this Autoshow. Scooter owners will be given an opportunity to show off their air brushed scooter and win several titles such as the best air brush design and many more.

*A minimun of 5 participants for each category are required, or else the category of the standard modification and extreme modification will be combined.

DRIFT EVENT (FEE : RM 70 per car)

At the Helipad, there will be a Drift competition and demonstration by the DRIFT.COM.MY drifters on the first day of our program. This is the heart of our Autofest and the most popular type of racing in Malaysia. This type of race has been around in our country for several years. It’s a Japanese style of rally on public roads to encounter corner at a high speed.
Categories:
A)Tsuiso: Best 16 drifters in the qualifying round will meet head-to-head each other in tsuiso elimination round. 1st and 2nd place will be determine by battle. 3rd place will be determine by qualifying score.
B)Twin Drift (special category): Drifters will pair each other up and drift together. Synchronization will be judged rather than aggressiveness. 1st and 2nd place will be awarded. 2 judged runs will be given.

ADVANCE PERCISION DRIVING CHALLENGE (CAR PARK RALLY)
(FEE : RM 50 per car)

Advance Precision Driving Challenge will be held on the second day, at the same location as the drift event. It is basically race held on a small confined space. The racers are required to lap the track as fast as possible. The track consists of numerous low speed corners such as hair-pins. These low speed corners will ensure drivers are racing on a relatively safe track. Since the track is small, lots of spaces are spare for errors. But this competition is only for IIUM students.

AUTOBOOTH

Several Auto Booths will be opened to the public which are conducted by car companies, sponsors, as well as car magazine companies such as OTAI, ‘GILA KERETA’ magazine, KW, NILAI PUTRA EXTREME, TRIUMPHAL INDUSTRIES SUPPLIES and many more. These booths will be located at the Convest hill.
SPIT FIRE (FEE : RM 30 per car)

SPIT FIRE is basically a competition of flames coming out from highly tuned engines through their exhaust systems. This competition will be held at the Convest Hill during the night. We purposely conduct this event during the night to give make our Autofest lively during the night. Only one winner will be selected among the contestants for this competition and will be chosen by the spectators themselves.
Prizes:
Winner: RM200 + hamper
PIT-STOP CHALLENGE (FEE : RM 30 per team – 4 participant each team)

This challenge is well known among F1 enthusiast. This challenge requires the participants to change the outer parts of a car as fast as possible. The parts of the car may vary from bumpers, tires to as small as screws and nuts. This challenge will attract those who have technical knowledge of cars and give them an opportunity to test their skills in the Pit-Stop Challenge. The team who replaces the parts in the shortest period of time will be the winner.
Prizes:
Winning team: RM200 + hamper
