this things it "good"ly fast motor  

on our Nitro local track my friend using T2 + GTB Novak Velocity 4.5 could easily lap against V1RRR + Nova,

sorry I have to inform you I heard some negative comment on such rc forum reagrding LRP BL system reliability from some asian and US racer , mostly ESC (LRP Sphere Comp.) burned although following recomended gearing,

just ensure your LHS have good after sales service terms and condition before you decide to buy it from,
because this is expensive investment unit, and its not funny when someting goes wrong you have to wait for month or three for warranty claim,

sorry again, didn't mean to compare,
with Novak you can direct send to them if any problem occurs during warranty without via LHS

So far, everyone agrees the reedy claims are bogus and it's more like 9T  (brushed equivalent) for the 4 Star, 11T for the 3 star, 13T for the 2 star, and something like 16T and above for the 1 Star.

As for the ESCs, not sure but you definitely need the Sphere Competition (or Novak GTB if you want to mix and match) to run the 4-star. The original Sphere is not suitable to run the 4-star motor. But the Sphere Competition is forward only.

Lastly, LRP Sphere is aka as Nosram Matrix and LRP Vector is aka Reedy Neo One and Nosram Storm in some countries.
