Bang Samdol lama tak dengor berita...dok cita pasal equaliser nie...saya kongsi sikit pasal discharging nie....kita kena tanya mengapa dan kenapa....this is from my research from the many article and pemerhatian sepanjang main RC nie...saya cuba pendek kan cita.

1. Battery is charge storage...ada electrolite..walaupun depa kata dry cell. Ada catod(+) ada anode(-) (pintu keluar masuk current)....ada pore medium. Kat dalam nie current di simpan....cuba bayang kan tong diisikan dgn pasir dan air..pasir adalah medium...air adalah electrolite....Voltage adalah pressure(tekanan)....current (amp) adalah kadar aliran...berapa banyak dia keluar dalam satu masa

Enemy for battery....Over heat...Over charge...over disharge...reversal current (berlaku bila over disharge)....cristalise in the battery

Kita tanya sikit....kenapa nak discharge...mengapa tak equalise je terus...

sebabbbb nak elak enemy of the battery...macamana?Huh

Over heat....
1) Guna charger yg ada digital cut-off yg betul2x accurate (eg.CDC, much more,team orient, pulsar, etc....) lagi tinggi delta peak lagi panas battery...terawal cut-off battery lemau....terlewat..battery over heat.
2) Equalise your battery dulu sebelum charge....sebab nak elak mana-mana ada cell dari over charge....over charge ...mean over heat

Over charge...sama macam kat atas juga

Over discharge...banyak yg shor kan 0.9v per cell...berapa voltage cut-off tak penting sangat bagi saya...yg penting...equal for every cell....ada certain battery depa kata...you can zero discharge...saya kurang percaya bab nie...apa pulak masalah over discharge nie...bila berlaku over disharge....reversal current flow berlaku....bila dah berlaku electrolite kong...so battery kong lah...dah tak bagus nak simpan current...ingat subject kimia dulu...

Reversal current....reversal current nie terjadi bila....catode dah tukar jadi anode...tapi masih lagi boleh di charge...tapi dah terlajak maaa...dah berlaku perubahan chemical pada electrolite.

Critalise.....apa tu....cuba kita kering kan air laut dalam dulang...kita nampak yg tinggal berwarna putih (garam kann)...garam tu satu bentuk cristal...apa kaitan nya dgn battery.....lagi byk cristalise lagi tinggi internal battery resistant lagi lemau battery....macamana cristal terbentuk dalam battery....bila kita pakai battery....quality electrolite  akan berkurangan....ini disebabkan oleh peningkatan cristal...boleh paham....so macamana nak elakkan cristalise...sebenarnya tak tak boleh elak...tapi kita boleh lambatkan cristalise process....
Caranya....discharge pada high amp....20amp ka...30amp ka..35amp ka....tapi cut-off kena accurate....jangan sampai terlajak bang...bahayo....macam kita buat flushing....

bila cristal tinggi IR tinggi maa...current susah mau keluar

So...macam mana maut buat nie....

I'm a llama!

i find out that the discharger tray which we bought from LHS is nothing much different from our very own creative idea. thinking of this due to discharger failer to put down the volt for cell individually down to 0.9 or 0.6.....

this have bring me to experiments , experiment....and experiiment. i notice at 1st, i need to buy a 1/1 car bulb to flatten down the charge of the sanyo 3300mah (as what reccomended by one good friend). then, i notice, it will goes up to max 3350mah at peak on charging.

then i wonder why was that happend?wasnt it should goes up more than that!!!!!!

then, i bought an idea from  brainstorming, i need a discharger tray. while, i have 4 pack of 3300mah batt, i must have at least 3 to 4 discharger tray on time. this has drove me to building the idea of home made discharger tray.

1st, i made up  12 towers to contact the batt individually to the cord. what are the material i'm using? u must be suprise!!!!!! you never think of that idea. ( i keep it secret for this while)

then i connect each tower individually to the diode and resistor to become six of them. now! i have build one home made that will draw my batt flatt down to 0.6v percell! fuhhhhhhh....that was cost me only RM35 !!!!!!

now, this idea won't really works on race idea since u gona need the batt in quite drastic time to charge back. Hence, i decide to work up a circut where i will discharge the 3300mah sanyo batt at nearly 20A. and what i build is a discharger system with auto cut off!! another FFuuuhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

it's all worth for effort!!!!!!
