untuk bigguy, thanks bagi aku idea... cuma aku terpaksa ubah 40% kerana tidak sesuai lagi untuk dragster tempatan dan keadaan sekeliling... anyway, thanks bro.

Yang ini kena limitkan kepada saiz motor Type 540 sahaja la... kang kalau dibedalnya pakai motor starter Kriss amacam?? tak pun motor starter kete kancil apa hal...??

Yang ini elok pecahkan lagi... aku cadangkan buat :-
1. Touring/sport body - saloon car 2 atau 3 pintu... 2WD or 4WD chassis. 2. Racing body - Lola, Le mans atau F1 body/chassis (contoh auldey boleh masuk kategori 1 atau 2 tengok jenis body yang di pakai) (1 & 2 kena buat kajian chassis dan body serta senaraikan chassis dan body yang layak untuk masuk sesuatu kategori)
3. Extreme Dragster/Top Fuel - yang ni boleh buat custom chassis.... Tayar belakang maximum boleh pakai tayar 1/8 scale foam atau 1/8 Scale Buggy. Depan boleh pakai alignment wheel. Motor Size =540 type.. voltage = free Battery count = free Total length = tak boleh lebih 1.0 meter Speed Control = Free (boleh pakai esc, msc atau relay) Radio system = Kena guna Std Narrow Band Radio Transmitter, (crystal atau Synthesized). qd chasis, auldey chasis, apa-apa chasis kereta RC sepatutnya dlm satu category iaitu drag EP. Tak payah dipisahkan. Kalau dipisahkan seolah-olah membezakan kemeriah event tersebut. AKu pernah tengok kereta qd kalahkan kereta RC 4WD & 2WD di dlm pertandingan. QD kalau dah dihopup memang laju dan tinggi performancenya. jadi kita naik kan taraf qd kepada kereta RC. Jgn lagi beza dan sisihkan qd.

Kpd cabang2 RC yang lain, tidak perlu jemputan khas utk anda semua bekerjasama dgn AJK MARCC. Yang penting, keikhlasan!
Apa yang Bigguy buat dgn mengeluarkan cadangan R&R utk drag ini boleh dikategorikan sebagai 'Pro-aktif'. Tidak perlu agresif, hanya perlu keikhlasan yg tulus, tanpa apa2 prejudis.
Diminta agar apa2 komen terhadap R&R cadangan diatas dibuat dgn fikiran logik & utk keuntungan semua.
Malam semalam aku draft R & R untuk kita berbincang bersama. Tujuannya ialah untuk memasukan open drag racing sebagai cabang dalam MARCC.
A. Car Specifications i. ELETRIC POWERED 1. Minimum car weight - 1.5 kg 2. Any number of battery pack allowed 3. No restriction on tyre type 4. No Motor Limit 5. No limit on Motor size 6. No restriction of the type of ESC or MSC, chassis, radio system, electronic device 7. No restriction on Body Shell 8. Any type of EP car of 1:10 scale
ii. QD-CHASSIS Perlu kerjasama semua......
iii. GAS/NITRO POWERED Perlu kerjasama semua......
B. Race Format 1. Competition will be based on knock out duel race where two cars will compete with each other and the winner will advance to the next stage. The duel will continue until the last car is determined as the outright winner.
2. Team members of each car should consist of 1 driver and 1 pit crew.
C. Race Rules & Regulation Pre-Race Rules 1. Prior to a race, a technical inspection will be conducted. During inspection a pit crew of each team must be present. During technical inspection all items pertaining to the car (including battery, body shell, transmitter, etc.) must be submitted to the technical committee. If the car specification is rejected, the team is given 10 minutes to rectify any technical issue subjected to the rejection. Once the car has passed technical inspection and submitted to the technical committee, it will be quarantined and further changes on the car is disallowed.
2. When a race is called, technical committee members will take all participating cars to the starting grid. Two minutes regulated time period will be allowed for each team pit crew to prepare the car, only at the starting grid. Once the two minutes time period has completed, a flag marshal will raise a yellow flag signifying all pit crews must leave the track. If any pit crew is still stuck with the car after this period, the car will be disqualified from the race.
During Race 1. The race lap and time will be electronic governed by some sort of transponder system or timing device.
2. There will be a team of flag marshal at the starting grid
3. There will be a team of track marshal every 20 meters on each side of the track.
4. Drivers are not allowed on the track during race.
5. Pit crew from each team will be located at the service circle at the outer middle space of the track
6. If there are car problems during the race, the pit crew will raise their hand and shout “Marshal” & “Car No. X” for attention. A marshal will retrieve the car at the point where the car stop and pass the car to the pit crew
7. Only pit crew is allowed to touch any component inside the body shell.
8. If a car is having problem and stop during a race, and no pit crew is mending the car, the track marshal team has the rights to withdraw the car from the track.
9. Once the race is completed, the marshals will collect the car from the area and pass the car to the team pit crew.
Post Race 1. Result will be announced immediately after a race. Race result will be printed and displayed at the result board.
2. Any complaint or protest must be made within 5 minutes after a result is announced. A complaint or protest must be made by filling in a protest form at the technical committee counter. Within 5 minutes, the technical committee will determine the validity of the complaint.
D. Track Specification 1. Car will be raced in a straight line of 60 meters long
2. The starting line at the grid must be stationed a stop (red), ready (yellow) and go (green) light to signify race has started.
3. Each car will be separated by a centre line. Participating cars must not cross the centre line else will be disqualified
4. A buffer area of 20 meters is allocated at the end of the line to stop the car
5. The race must be run on a clean and smooth surface
6. The track surface is either asphalt/tarmac, 2 layer cement, carpet, rubber or synthetic.
7. Along the track will be a yellow safety line to restrict spectators and unauthorised personnel from entering the track. The yellow line must be drawn 3 meter outside the track. The 3 meter specification is also to allow breathing space for marshalling duties.
8. Behind of the starting grid is a 6 x 10 x 3 meter raise stage for drivers to have an eye bird view of the race.
9. The track of 150 meters in length and 50 meters wide is recommended.
10. The outer part of the track will be constructed 6 inches height plywood barrier for safety measure
11. The end of the racing track is pile of rubber foam and a net as means to stop the competing cars.
