One more thing,can organizer ask someone to block anyone that not racer or racer family members from entry to pit areas or track?look at last MNC lot of people at pit and race track.

Thank you for your suggestions. Currently we are thinking to introduce a controlled modified race. Most probably we will go with the 12 T motor. The class is for those in transition to full modified. Let us do the study.

This is because from 23T stock go to modify open is a big gap(Speed and power)so,skill is importance.for me i think this way is good to polish up the skill of stock driver to be competitive in modify class. Maybe i'm wrong and due to difficult to arrange for race. any comment?

"Untuk makluman semua, semuanya 3 pusingan akan dilaksanakan utk tahun 2006. Mengapa di buat siri ?
1) Untuk mengisi kekosongan race EP. Pada hari ini sangat sedikit race EP secara open race (bukan hanya kepada satu brand sahaja) dianjurkan.
2) faktor kewangan dan geografi menghalang racer tempatan untuk berbelanja perjalanan jauh ke satu lokasi race. Kos perjalanan melibatkan petrol, tol dan tempat penginapan.
3) Memperhangatkan race EP ditempat yang dipilih. Jika tidak racer setempat tidak berpeluang untuk melibatkan diri.
Atas dasar ini AJK MARCC & PARCRA memutuskan utk MNC di buat secara siri.

"As per all competitions, a review will be done due to technological developments or situation changes. So does the IFMAR sunctioned events. A review was done during the MNC '05 Rd 5 so as to maintain the interest in the MNC Novice(stock) category.
As for the MNC '06, the Chairman of the Competition Committe will be announcing the R & R review as soon as possible.

In keeping with the constant changes in the hobby, the MNC committee has made the following changes to the R&R for the year 2006:
1. 3 Rounds of racing for year 2006 2. Points will be based on 3 out of 3 3. Stock race open to everybody 4. Motor: No limit for modified - Stock motor allowed, Brushless allowed 5. Battery: Max 4300 mah 6. Body Shell: Touring 2 doors or 4 doors 7. Tyre: Qualifying stage - 2 sets max Final stage - 1 extra set allowed 8. Stock Motor: No Bearings & Timing Changes 9. The rest will follow MARCC Rule Book February 2005
1/12 pan car 1. No motor limit - Open for all 2. 4 battery cells only 3. Minimum of 10 participants are required to confirm event.
For Off Road 1. No motor limit - Open for all 2. Buggy, Truck, whatever is 1/10 size allowed. 3. Minimum of 10 participants are required to confirm event.
Ranking, Points & Promotion 1. The Top 3 Stock Racers of 2005 will be promoted to Expert for this year's series. 2. The Top 15 Experts (based on the 2005 Ranking Table) are allowed to contest in the Stock Category BUT will NOT be awarded points in that category.
Registration Fees Payment must be made 2 days in advance of race day. Late registration will be charged an extra RM10.
