The IB4200 was officially launched at the FEMCA drivers party. Expect it to hit the market by Jan'06. However, i believe it will not be approved by international bodies for international events till probably mid '06 or even later. I believe even our local bodies will only go as far as 3800s for 2006.
For those who had just purchase the IB3800s or GP3700s, no worries, these packs are great for fun and racing. They had improved tremendously since they were launched. And I'm also happy that prices of these packs are kept in check. I remembered those day when a packs of matched 3000s are around RM300 but now the 3800s or 3700s are about there too. Standard packs are half the price.
