Kalau nak turun, pakat turun ramai-2...ajak sekali Foo&the gang... jimat tol minyak...
Geng GP ipoh pun turun penang guna stail 'Car Pool"
juga...

Trek seberang jaya makro tu ok juga, tapi sekarang tgh hangat trek Pisa... Long distance cantik utk nitro, juga sesuai utk Ep (adjust distance). Asphalt/tar dia smooth jer... Kalau tayar foam tu makan cantik jer... Kalau sorax memang grip...Malam minggu ada saja geng turun main...Spotlight lampu jalan terang juga trek tu...

Saya ni jenis ada race baru turun tak buat practise atau preparation janji main.

Kebanyakannya race saya yang buat, so langsung tak buat proper setting ke apa2 pergi track hentam aje.

Saya kalau pegi mana2 kena ada kawan ramai2 pegi.

Track Seberang Jaya saya pernah sekali main tapi tak puas kerana hujan turun. Insyallah akan sampai kesana dlm masa terdekat.

Jumpa nanti lagi

Dah ramai main EP boleh le join race MNC di Ipoh. Tinggal 12 hari sahaja sebelum race bermula.

Sharul you miss the last race in TTwangsa. Hope to see you this time. Jon-hairi dtg le kita sembang lagi.

Track di Indra Mulia looks like will be our permanent track in the near future. A lot had been promised by DBI. Only time will tell.

I'Allah saya akan racun 'deme' turun MNC kat ipoh tu nanti. Aiks? Takkan sembang je...I'allah, kalau ada kesempatan, kita sembang lagi...

Kalau ipoh finally ada permanent trek, alhamdullihah...
Saya salute+tabik pada ipoh RC driver, sebab takder proper facility(Permanent trek) still setia main RC... Itulah yang dinamakan PASSION !!  Wink

Saya 2-3 hari lepas ada turun sat main kat trek JBS tu, kejap jer, pastu pack barang sebab (to be honest) takder 'island' or barier coz it is temporary trek...(i admit it)  Saya ni driver 'takder disiplin'  Grin maksudnya kalau takder 'island' saya main hentam jer, tak ikut lane....

Same goes to trek navy base (semalam saya pergi) , juga temporary trek yang takde 'island' or pipe as a barier... Juga sat jer saya main... nampak simple jer trek dia tapi itu bukan penghalang diorg nak main RC... (legam badan kena sunburn  Cool  )

Bayangkan semangat yang ada pada Perak or ipoh driver... takder proper trek tapi still main RC... Semangat yang berkobar-kobar....kalau saya, takder proper facility mau nyer bungkus retire main RC.
Salute you guys, sebab ada group dari ipoh sanggup turun penang main kat trek PIsa... (syok race dgn korang...keta laju-laju belaka...)
Hope ramai yang ada semangat macam Ipoh RCers... Janji RC..!!!
Only my 2 cents...

P/s: Pak Ya bila nak turun Penang?

Okay, after nearly half of the day scouring the net for some info on car crashes, I am now finally able to explain the physics of why most crashes happen at the death corner.

First of all let me explain where, why and when. The so-called death corner is a cornering on this circuit that starts with a long sweeper which leads to the long straight leading to the podium. I do not know about other racers but I find it particulary easy to make my car 'fly, crash and burn' at the moment of exiting this sweeper.

Why? Well because, just before we enter this corner, there is another short straight which I like to use in order to gain speed and momentum. Now,  since it is a long sweeper, I won't let go or smooth out the throttle because I know with the right racing line, the sweeper could be easily taken without sacrificing speed. This is good because exiting the corner will lead me to a very long straight.

Crashes happen right at the tip of exiting the sweeper. If you look at the last image of the track carefully, you'll notice a curve shaped barricade to indicate the last turn before the straight. The tip of this barricade is jagged and very thick. Therefore, if one (like myself), miscalculated the exiting line by taking or hugging the apex a bit deep, chances are that the nose of the car will clip the jagged edge of the barricade is high. The result of this? Some pretty impressive and fascinating crashes.

WWW
Aman Jaya Speedway

Assalamulaikum & hello all,

Since there's no proper topic/msg board for this track (sorry kalau aku ada sapa2 marah aku panggil trek nih 'speedway', heheh) I guess I might as well start one...

Okay, Aman Jaya Speedway is located in northern tip of Sungai Petani town. The curcuit itself is located right smack in the middle of a small industrial zone. It is surrounded by lotsa shophouses cum small factories. The neighbourhood is okay but there's a lot of Banglas and Indons. They are cool, especially on race/test day since the make up for the non-exsistence of fans and supporters, hehehe. I will try to upload some pics of the track later when I have the chance to snap some.

Anyway, kalau ada kaki-kaki RC yang from the area, aku turun trek hari sabtu ni and I think I might be spending the whole of the day there (maybe balik lunch jer kot). So apa lagi kawan2, jom lah turun. Boleh kita race and have lotsa fun.

Pics to come...
