OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 14TH JUNE 2005

1) For the 2005 MNC, to promote fairplay the commitee will only allow 3300 mah to be used in all MNC rounds. The use of 3700mah and 3800mah will only be enforced for the next MNC year.

2) The commitee has also reviewed and studied the tournament format and decided for 2005 MNC, there will be 5 rounds of competition. The national champion will be determined based on points taken from BEST 4 out of 5 rounds.

Therefore there will not be any Final Rd for the MNC and the Qualification for the final as stated in the MARCC Rule book is automatically annulled. The changes are essential to promote more participation in the MNC as well as not to limit entries in the MNC. This is inline with the commitee vision to develope and promote RC sports in Malaysia.

3) In addition to this, the commitee has also changed the category names from :

EXPERT CLASS to OPEN MOTOR CLASS
NOVICE CLASS to STOCK MOTOR CLASS

4) In view to suggestion and experience from the last 2 MNC Rounds, the commitee has decided that the starting position in all heats in the remaining MNC rounds will be based on the latest Official Drivers' Ranking of MNC (EP) 2005 Season.

In the absence of drivers in the list the lower ranked driver will be bump-up to fill-up the heats. As for drivers not in the list they will be placed in the next available heats.

Hope all these changes will make the MNC more interesting and we do hope more drivers will participate in the coming rounds.

Thank you
