i use 56K modem..but connect speed give me 38.6K bps , very fast !!!

Normal higher speed using dial-up is range form 44 - 46kbps. How come you got so high.

I can't login in higher speed to avoid cannot access any website. I'm not sure why. Maybe phone line is very bad or TMnet is heaving problem but I'm sure something wrong with the phone line cause TimeNet also like that.

How to low the diap-up? After you hear the dial tone, hang-up the phone until connection is successed.

serangan Virus MyDoom kot  ... virus nih melembapkan hubungan internet.

Mungkin, tapi tiada diberitahu pada saya nama virus tersebut.

Saya login pukul 9.30PM - tiada masalah, tapi login dalam 7.2kbps.

Server started slow from yesterday, 11 February 2004 and went down from 2.30PM till 4.30PM. It went back to normal but slowed again around 9PM ++.

Today, DOS has been attack again and the server is going slow. The service provide is fixing this matter.

  The slowdown fluctuates, for a while its okay then after awhile it lags. Suspect maybe the hosting server prob.. probably under a DOS attack. or just plain bandwidth overload..

Maybe some form of worm / virus / trojan attack as well or could just be my imagination going off

I don't know whether this happens to everybody or just me. My office in Abu Dhabi City has one of the fastest transmission speed. Accessing the busiest websites in the world & Malaysia is not a problem, but accessing the qd-race website is a bit slow. Check with my engineer nothing is wrong with the office connection. Maybe the website is still new and currently under testing.
