Hmmm!! The schematics are very..very familar, like those commonly used for airplane, or even a boat. Not sure about application in a car, 'coz no allocation for neither brake nor reverse.

oo..know lor, but i duno have connect wrong variable resistor connection or not ? can you please draw 1 image let me see ? i think connect wrong leg of Variable resistor kah..  Undecided

And heres a bad problem during I work on this ESC. Well... just adjust the variable resistor untill it not get "SOT". The MOSFET that are getting hot you must need to check it with multimeter if its still "SOT" after adjusted the variable resistor. The getting hot MOSFET might damaged... so the current will flow everywhere then the car will "SOT!".

The important you must know is, always check the board solder not to connected with others circuit together.

If the problem still happends again, maybe I'll do some fine fixing problem. This problem already been fixed on my QD already... so the variable resistor is my hero to make the whole ESC running fine and stable. Grin

help..

why i set free Triagle, car also auto run 3~4 second ? i DIY u ESC .. can working, i use Auldey 380 motor . and have 1 transistor '' HOT '' !!

what problem ?? help me
